ClayCoach support
Help for your next round.
Start with the common fixes below. ClayCoach runs on iPhone and Apple Watch and uses Apple services for device-to-device and iCloud synchronization.
Keep iPhone and Apple Watch in sync
Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, sign in to the same Apple ID on both devices, and open ClayCoach on both devices. A completed Watch round is transferred to the paired iPhone and then saved to your round history.
Use iCloud sync
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled for your Apple ID and ClayCoach is allowed to use iCloud. Sync may pause when a device is offline and resumes when network access returns.
Find or correct a round
Open History on iPhone to review completed rounds. If an interrupted Watch round is still active, reopen ClayCoach on the Watch to continue it before starting another round.
Delete a round or app data
Delete a round from its detail screen on iPhone. Deleting the app removes local information; ClayCoach information stored in iCloud can also be managed from your Apple ID iCloud storage settings.
